Growing older is not a choice; we start growing older the second we are born.  But while we don't have a choice about getting older – we sure do have choices about HOW we grow older.

This site and its posts will be on the many topics of aging.  Each tab at the top will lead to a page containing information and advice about that area of development. 

Note that the site is a work in progress and will change as I write and add material.  Also  note that this site is NOT just for us aged persons.
